Payment Options
Pick between paying by check, direct deposit, or Credit Card. If you have a US checking account, sending a check or depositing a check into my account is free. Credit cards are easy and convenient, but you’ll need to add 3% to the total if you choose that route. For example, if you are paying $1,000 you’ll need to ad $30 for a total of $1,030. Wire transfers are an option to save on the 3% fee. The cost for outgoing wire transfers range from $20-$45 depending on your bank, and may be a good way to pay if you are outside of the US.
PayPal. Use PayPal to pay online with a credit card. If you use PayPal add 3% to the total to cover PayPal’s fee. Here are 3 ways you can pay with PayPal: 1. Click on this convenient PayPal link paypal.me/KirkNielsen and enter the amount and add 3% if you click the check box saying that it is a product or service or save 3% by leaving it unchecked, 2. Go to PayPal’s website, click on Send, enter my email kirk@kirknielsen.com and the amount plus 3%. 3. Send an email to kirk@kirknielsen.com requesting a PayPal invoice be emailed to you. You can pay with your credit card and you don’t need a PayPal account.
Call Me with Your Credit Card Number. I can take Credit Cards if you call me (Kirk) at 310-633-1777 with the following 5 pieces of information: Name • Credit Card Number • MM/YY (Expiration Date) • CVV (3 digit code on the back) • ZIP Code. There will be 3% added to the total for using a credit card.
Mail A Check. If you have a United States checking account you can mail me a check. Make your check out to Harmonious Earth. Mail it to Harmonious Earth, 170 Pyramid View Drive, Sedona AZ 86336.
Direct Deposit. You can deposit your check directly into my checking Account if you have one of my banks near you. In case they they ask my address is 170 Pyramid View Drive, Sedona AZ 86336. Write “for deposit only” on the back of the check. Choose between two banks: Bank of America Checking Account Number 457032863871 written out to Harmonious Earth or Kirk Nielsen (Direct Deposit ABA Number 122101706 if you need it). Chase Bank Checking Account Number 3080025650 written out to Kirk Nielsen (Routing Number 122100024 if you need it).

TranferWise is a service where you can send money with the real exchange rate. Banks could charge you up to 5% in hidden costs when sending money abroad. TransferWise is up to 8x cheaper. Refund Policy
We don’t offer refunds, but you may be able to apply some or all of what you have paid towards another Adventure depending on the amount, which Adventure you apply it to, and other factors. Let us know as soon as possible and we will work out what we can.
