We are excited to have the opportunity of being in this paradise around high-vibe people and eating high-vibe food!  We look forward to re-connecting with those we know in the tribe and make new friends. We can’t wait to re-visit Tulum after our last visit 20 years ago.

I love traveling to high energy destinations that are warm and tropical. I’m so looking forward to making new spiritual connections, reconnecting with my beautiful soul family, and starting the new year strong and fearless

Jamie Levesque

From: Jupiter, Florida

I’m excited to have the opportunity to meet like-minded people for a fun, spiritual adventure in Mexico!!  See you there!!

Gail Greenwald

From: Scottsdale Arizona
When I saw there were a few spots open for this trip (thanks to Corey Goode and the Sphere Being Alliance Facebook page),  I felt it was meant for me and Lawrence. This part of Mexico is special to me. I spent time there in 2004. It will be fun to share it with others of like-mind. I like eating healthy too. It will be a great way to start the new year.

Lawrence Kitay

From: Scottsdale Arizona
Mexico is a beautiful place to get away to with like-minded people and particularly the guy that has brought Star Wars and Star Trek closer to home

Lanya DiNitto Marchetti

From: Rhode Island
My goal is to connect with my higher self through healing, forgiveness and discovery.  I believe I’ve been guided to be a part of this retreat.  It’s mixed with some fear and uncertainty but I want to align with my soul’s true purpose.   I also wanted to start practicing better self care through clean eating, meditating as well as have fun, laugh and relax. I hope in some way I can give back to the other participants my sharing my story and my journey.

Sammy Heeren

From: Herk de Stad, Belgium
After my positive experience during the Hawaii Adventure last year, I really wanted to join the group in Mexico. My goal is to feel good in my relationships, and work through the stuff I sometimes struggle with. I hope to learn more tools during our time together in Mexico. Love, Sammy

Bodi Van Mele

From: Antwerp, Belgium
I’m excited to come to Mexico because of I miss and love my mom (Sandra) and I look forward to seeing her again. I also love adventure and love meeting new people.

Brandi Pavao

From Gainesville, Florida
Right now, I am painfully aware that I live in a microcosm, one infinitesimally small speck of the world. It is a happy speck, but I know that there is so much more that I want to experience. I want to delve deeper into myself and explore what it truly means to be spiritual. This trip seems like the perfect opportunity to meet like-minded people and expand my little microcosm

Hunter Pavao

From: Jupiter, Florida
I love to travel and I am looking forward to the adventurous excursions!

Christina Merkley

From: Victoria, Canada
Hi everyone. I’m from Victoria, Canada (so Mexico in January is always a good thing!). I’m coming because I crave camaraderie and assistance on my awakening process.  I’m very left-brained (biz consulting background).  Yet am also very right-brained (artist and energy worker). I had a contact experience in 2009 that among other things awoke my kundalini. I have a lot of energy running through me so I’m having to eliminate things that interfere with its smooth flow (lower emotions, lower thoughts, toxic work, bad food, etc.). Its a challenging integration process that is amazing and I’m grateful for …  yet also confusing, scary and lonely (hard to find folks who understand and whom I can be my genuine self with). I am extremely concerned about where our world is headed (its game time: all hands on deck). And I want to be as effective a player as possible in my part of the puzzle. Being in a lovely place with like minded and hearted people to kick off 2017 (an EPIC year) is a gift I’m giving myself. Really looking forward to meeting all of you, having deep conversations, having FUN and being part of this remarkable adventure! See you soon.  xo

Karen McKenna

From: North Vancouver, British Columbia
I was led to attend this retreat purely by synchronicity.  I am working on the narly issue of Canadian Bank Reform with Paul Hellyer.  I am excited about the idea of getting more of my higher self activated as I am going to need all the help I can get changing the financial system! I became friends with a very well known contactee in 2015 and my life has never really been the same. I feel strongly that as a parent, the biggest inheritance I can give my children is a functioning planet.

Korenna Ayrennd & Patrick Brost

From: Edmonton, Canada
We are both excited to share an experience together, early into 2017, that will surely catapult us into the new year in a beautiful way. Such a transformational and amazing & beautiful, sacred place like Mexico, can only be accentuated with all the great people joining us, I’m sure!

J'ani Hadden

From: Indian Lake, NY
Hi all!  Guidance led us to join this Mexican adventure… the next step of our journey.  We are enthused to experience the magic that the flow will bring.  Salt water diving, nature, healthy food, spending real-time with bridget, returning to the mayan lands… I look forward to it all.  be well… be new… see you all soon

Rebecca Kelly

From: Toronto, Canada
I’ve recently been going through some stuff. I’m feeling a bit stuck but ready to open up to new possibilities. Starting with joining this adventure very last minute. I’m looking forward to what ever this experience has to offer. See you on Saturday!

Details – Mayan Mexico Caribbean Adventure!

Details

  • Flight: Fly into Cancun (CUN)
  • Arrival – Airport Transfer to AkumalSee Below
  • Check In 3:00 PM Saturday Jan 14, 2017 at Casa Bella & Villa Gauguin
  • Arriving Before 3:00 PM Check In. If your flight gets in early I suggest you go directly to Akumal and hang out in the small town there.  You can get some lunch at Lol Ha restaurant on the beach, or Turtle Bay Cafe and Bakery, get a massage at Buddha Garden Spa, look through the Akumal supermarket and shops, and lay on the beach. You can also hang out in Cancun and then go to Akumal, but you’ll need to give yourself time to get to Akumal, which would make it a tight squeeze. It takes about 1 hour and 20 min to get from the Cancun airport to our villas in Akumal.
  • Check Out 10:00 AM Saturday Jan 21, 2017.
  • Money Exchange. I’ve found that you get a good exchange rate at the ATM’s here. There is a $5 fee. I got 5000 pesos for $240 dollars plus a $5 fee. Not to bad. Mexicans will take dollars, but they’ll give a very poor exchange rate.  You’ll need pesos for our 3 dinners out, snacks and drinks along the way, and souvenirs.
  • Departure – Airport Transfer. We’ll provide transportation to the airport the morning we leave at about 10:00 AM. If you need to leave earlier or later, you’ll want to arrange for that. Also, if your flight leaves later arrange for a resort or spa to hang out at while you wait in Cancun.
  • Address: Villa Gauguin and Casa Bella are located next to the Yal Ku Lagoon in Akumal, Quintana Roo, Mexico. You can google it and map photos are attached below.
  • My phone number while we are in Mexico will be 55-4083-9739. It’s a Mexican number provided by Telcel. You may also be able to get a hold of me through my normal US number 310-633-1777 via text or voice. It is a google voice number that uses VoIP and should work because I’ll have internet access.
  • Cell Phone Service. I bought this Mexican Telcel Sim Card on Amazon for $39. If your your cell phone company offers a international plan, that may be a cheaper way to go.
  • Please email me your phone number, so I’ll have it.
  • You’ll want to exchange some of your currency for Mexican Pesos for our 3 dinners out and spending money when shopping in Playa Del Carmen, Tulum and Cozumel. Some places may take credit cards or US Dollars, but don’t count on it. Everything else is included.
  • All Inclusive: Includes All Activities, Entrance Fees, Lodging and Food (except for 3 dinners when we eat out) and Transportation to and from the activities.
  • Accommodations: Rooms are double occupancy. Most rooms have 2 beds to accommodate singles. Click to see Gallery of Rooms
  • What to Bring. A jacket and long pants for cool evenings, Snorkel gear (wetsuit top if you have it), Cash for 3 dinners, snacks, souvenirs. Exchange your currency for Pesos. Water bottle and day pack for day trips.
  • Snorkel Gear. Over the last week that we have been here we have been to the different activities that we will be going on with you and they have snorkel gear at most of them for rent. On the Cozumel Catamaran Snorkel day they provide snorkel gear for free. There are dive shops near where we are staying in Akumal that you can rent snorkel gear that you can use at Yal-ku lagoon by our house and cenotes we’ll be visiting. The point is that, if you don’t want to pack and carry snorkel gear with you, you will be able to get along fine by renting it or having it provided for free on the excursion.

What is Included

  • 8 Day Adventure with a group of 16 members and 4 facilitators.
  • Lodging for 7 Nights at Villa Gauguin or Casa Bella on the oceanfront with a pool. All rooms are all double occupancy.
  • Meals: Healthy and nutritious (As Organic, Vegan & Gluten-Free as Possible) breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 8 days. (3 dinners out are not included)
  • Adventure Activities Tulum Temples, Magical Cenotes, Turquoise Swimming Lagoon, Catamaran, Snorkeling, Jungle Zip Line, Cozumel & Playa del Carmen Beach and Sightseeing
  • Group Sessions and Connection Activities: Heart opening rebirth session, intuitive color painting & relationship divination, meditation journeys, toning & sound expression chakra opening, ecstatic dance movement night, morning chi gong on the beach, group sharing circles.

What is not Included

Airport Transfers

You’ll need ground transportation from the airport in Cancun to Akumal. Tell the driver that you are going to Villa Gauguin and/or Casa Bella, which are located next to the Yal Ku Lagoon in Akumal.
Attached below is a list those attending our adventure grouped by arrival time. The groups are spread out between 6 vehicles. Contact those in your group and make one reservation together and then split the cost when you meet up.
You’ll need to go online and book with USA Transfers. You can also use other transfer companies if you like.
I provide this information so you can group together and make it cost effective for you to come with others who are arriving at about the same time. They tell me a 30 minute wait is all you can stand after a long flight. If your plane is late, USA Transfers  (phone 01-998-914-0290) will adjust and take you to  with another group or separately. After you leave the Main Building, you’ll see drivers holding up signs of their companies, next to the curb. Look for one with USA Transfers.
You’ll pay your driver direct. You’ll need cash, dollars are accepted.
  • Cancun to Akumal for up to 3 people $80 one way
  • Cancun to Akumal for up to 7 people$85one way
  • Cancun to Akumal for up to 10 people$95one way
I don’t get anything from them for arranging this for you. I just wanted to group you to make it cost effective for you. j’ani and Kip get in a day early, so they’ll need to arrange their own transfer.

  • We’ll be staying in two oceanfront homes for the week: The Amazing Villa Gauguin and the Casa Bella.

  • They are separated by one house, so it will be easy to walk between them. Our goal was to keep the group together so we can more easily unify and connect.
  • The white sand beach of Half Moon bay is a 5 minute walk.
  • There are 5 bedrooms in each home that sleep 10 with double occupancy. This will accommodate our group of 20.
