Hey Everyone, My name is Anja Thorup Jensen. I live in Denmark, and I’m not used to traveling, so this is a big step for me. My English is not so good, so it will be a short introduction I’m writing.. But I love being out in nature, I love to move my body slowly and with conscious love, And I just love to be and to sense… I have a master’s degree in Biology – specialized in horse behavior. For a little over 10 years I have had my own company, where I work with Alternative therapies. I work primarily with horses, but sometimes I also help other animals. As you might have guessed by now, I’m very fond of horses … but I generally have a big heart for animals – and for Mother Earth…! I am very much looking forward to being a part of this amazing Hawaii Adventure, and can’t wait to meet you all ❤️

Love Anja

P.S.  I would very much like to share with someone who does have a house and car to share. I expect to arrive 1-3 days before we meet, and will love if I can meet with one or more at the airport, which also comes a few days before ,so we can drive together and stay the same place.

I arrive at Kahului Maui 20.36 in the evening on Wednesday Feb 13, 2019.
Flight from Maui to Kauai on Wed Feb 20, 2019.
I am flying out of Kauai Lihue Airport LIH sunday february 24 at 11:15 pm.
So if anyone is arriving and/or leaving around the same time as I am. Or if anyone would pick me up at the airport, and bring me to the airport, I would very much like to share with someone who does have or rent a car to share.
And I would very much like to share with someone who does have or rent a house / place to stay.

Hey everyone! I’m Felix, 22 years old and currently living in Germany together with my brother Michael who is also going to attend the retreat. We’ve never been to Hawaii nor do we have much travel experience. (I traveled to Sedona once, that’s about it) We’d be glad to share a rental car or/and an airbnb apartment. Basically we’re open for everything, feel free to contact one of us.

Personally I’m working as a digital artist right now, pretty much independent of time and location which gives me a lot of freedom to work on myself. Currently I’m exploring the multidimensionality of my being especially based on my work as an artist. I’m dissolving a lot of old, linear belief systems and patterns, expanding my consciousness on a daily basis. There’s nothing more I love than talking and learning about metaphysics, spirituality, astrology, etc., connecting the greater picture of all there is. So I’m really looking forward to connect with all of you guys! On many different levels! 😉

Excited to meet you all in Hawaii!

Much love to each and everyone

Hello beautiful beings! I’m Angelica and my partner is Martin/Marty. I am a Reiki Master + nature lover who is also an intuitive empath/empowerment coach and just beginning to expand + explore her abilities in order to assist others in empowering/healing themselves into their highest version. I also love to take pictures, both in front of, and behind, the camera. My partner and I love to take pictures together and collaborate very well in our creative endeavors.

I’ve been called to Hawaii for quite some time now (literally dreaming of her calling to me) so I feel a strong pull to follow this excitement of mine. To be in paradise…to submerge myself in high vibe frequencies… to meet, and play with our cetacean friends. Up until now it has merely been a distant fantasy that I never would’ve thought (in the past) could come true. And now here I am, making that dream come true.

I can’t say that I know all the reasons why I’m pulled so strongly because I don’t know, haha. It’s mostly a mystery to me. Although I will say that it’ll be so awesome to hang out + connect with souls of a similar vibe that is facilitated by amazing beings whom I have only “met” through YouTube ANNNND in paradise to top it off, lol!! I’m tickled by the deliciousness of it all and I cannot wait to meet everyone!

We are going to get a place and rent one (possibly 2) vehicle/s. If anyone feels the pull to room or ride with us, you’re more than welcome to!

I can’t wait to meet everyone and set forth on what is this awesome journey called life. Besides, who wouldn’t want to go to Hawaii?? 🙂

Hi I am Bridget from the Chicago area! I was quite young when I started to innerstand who I was in truth. Soon after that I was told I should watch Bridget Nielsen’s YouTube channel. Her videos were the glue to all the puzzle pieces I collected over the years of the stories and strange curiosities I had of life beyond Earth. I am beyond excited to go on the 2019 Hawaii retreat with her and her family! In my free time I sing , dance, write poetry, make orgonite and just about anything that sounds fun! I feel beyond fortunate that this retreat so happens to be a vibrational match to my journey! I cannot wait💞 soso much love! 🙂 Thank you very much!

I sleep on the ground, so people who wanna room with me can know that! I am 19 so I cant get a rental car, but of course I would chip in if that was the case. Excited to Adventure with you all in Hawaii!

Hi everyone. I am a preschool teacher from Seattle and have been working in professional childcare for over ten years. I also have over ten years of experience in holistic health and wellness, and I lived in an ecovillage intentional community for a few years. I have a BA in Theatre from the UW, I was the first student to graduate with a Masters in Holistic Business Administration from Aphrodite University, and I am working on my second BA from the UW in Early Education. With a full time job and a full load of university classes, I am grateful to get away for a week to celebrate my 35th birthday with my soul tribe in Hawaii. Some of my hobbies include making digital art and making crystal jewelry. I am also a self-published author and have created a series of poetry, a coloring book series, a book about how to make kombucha, and a book about a planet I had in my head since childhood. In 2016, I had a strange experience of visiting a parallel timeline where full disclosure of aliens and flying saucers had taken place from the American government in the early 1950s. My parallel timeline experience and information about my other books can be found on my website at: www.newparadigmplanet.com. See you all soon in Hawaii!

P.S.
I have booked a room for 4 adults at the Wyndham Bali Hai Villas in Princeville, for Feb 20-23, for the Kauai part of the retreat. I have sent an email to all the people “looking to share” on the lodging page to see who wants to share this lodging with me.

Sharing Central

Room Sharing

By the end of our Adventure we’ll all be like family having had many amazing experiences with each other. We may not know each other that well yet, but we will. I’ve added this section to this webpage as a place where we can share what we have and ask for what we need with other members of our pod or tribe. Contact those about what you need or what you have to share. Let me, (Kirk) know what you have to share or what you need and I’ll add it to the list.

Ride Sharing

Maui – Car Rentals: Kirk Van-7, Bridget Van-7,Need Volunteer Car-4, Need Volunteer Car-4, Need Volunteer Car-2. Total 24
Person, Type, Capacity

Kauai – Car Rentals: Kirk Van-7, Bridget Van-7,Need Volunteer Car-4, Need Volunteer Car-4, Need Volunteer Car-2. Total 24
Person, Type, Capacity

  • We are going to carpool, so we need 2 or 3 parties to rent cars and volunteer to share in addition to the 2 vehicles Bridget and myself (Kirk) will have.
  • If you choose to volunteer to rent a car, you can ask the others who are riding with you to help share the expense. By the time you pay for your airport transfers and getting to and from your hotel to the meeting spots, it’s almost as cheap to rent a car and you’ll have the added benefit of being able to go where you want outside of the activities the group is doing.
  • If you don’t rent a car, you’ll need to arrange transportation from the airport to the place you’re staying and back when you depart, and back and forth to the group meeting spot for the activities each day. You may be able to arrange it so that someone who has rented a car gives you a rides in exchange for you helping to share the expense of their car rental.
  • Let me (Kirk) know what each of you decides to do and I’ll post it in this section.

Example of Renting a House

Last year we had a member of the group secure lodging in both Paia and Kona and then I posted that he had it on this page and he got 3 others to stay with him. Here are the places they stayed. 🙂 https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/523562  https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/6240291. Prices per person per night average to $78 in Paia, and $64 in Kona. To achieve the low prices, a couple of the them had to sleep in the main area in a pullout bed and on the couch, but they were ok with that. Depending on everyone’s plans, you can also extend the stay on either side of the Adventure dates by a day or two. If you are interested this type of arrangement get with others who are also looking for lodging and share with them.
Here is the link to the place we are staying in Paia on Maui, https://www.vrbo.com/1147585?unitId=1695798

General Details

Air Transportation. You’ll fly into to Kahului Maui (OGG Kahului International Airport) on Feb 16, 2019 or earlier and out of Kauai Lihue Airport LIH (LIH Kauai Lihue International Airport) on Feb 23, 2019 or later. You will be responsible for booking and paying for your own airfare. Plan to arrive at Kahului Maui before 3 PM so you can make it to the welcome dinner at 5:30 PM. For your flight home you can plan your departure anytime on the last day from Kauai or stay longer and see more  of the island. Flight prices go up and down regularly. I use Google Flights to track pricing and email me when prices drop and then buy when they dip down.

Flight from Maui to Kauai. You’ll need to book a flight from Maui to Kauai on Wed Feb 20, 2019. Here is the flight we booked via Hawaiian Airlines  Maui – Kahului, HI (OGG) to Kauai, HI (LIH) • Flight HA 299 • Coach • 717 Depart 2:53p Arrival 3:40p Price $103. I suggest you join us, so we are all on the same schedule. We are going to be doing an activity in the morning, we booked an afternoon flight that will get us there and give us time to check-in and go to dinner.

Lodging. You will need to find and pay for your own lodging in Maui and the Kauai. We have provided suggestions and costs in the next section to get you started.

Meals. We will eat out together as a group at as healthy of restaurants as possible. (organic, vegan, gluten free is our preference). You will be responsible for paying for your own meals. Depending on how you eat, you can figure $50 to $60 per day for food. You don’t have to eat with us, but it’s fun to hangout and eat together. You can make your own food and bring it along. Whatever works for you.

Ground Transportation. You’ll need to arrange to transport yourself from the airport to your hotel and to the meeting locations for the activities. We will carpool as a group to the activities. Some of you will want to rent vehicles and you can share the cost by riding with others. We want to use as few as cars as possible, so that we are sustainable and don’t have parking issues. We as facilitators will have 2 mini vans that can carry up to 14 people to the activities. For the people who don’t fit into our vehicles we’ll ask for volunteers from those that have rental cars to assist in diving to the activities. Kayak.com is a good site to compare car rental rates. They had cars for $55 per day when I checked last.

Sharing the cost of Lodging and transportation. If you are interested in sharing the cost of a car or house rental let me (Kirk) know, and I will add what your plans are, so other attendees on the list can contact you and share costs. I add everyone to the list automatically, so let me know if you don’t want your email to be on the list and I’ll take it off.

Estimated Costs. This is to give you an idea of all the costs you will pay. Airfare $500-$800 from US (Europe 800-1,100 €), Airfare from Maui to Kauai $100, Shared Room, $500-$700 (private room $900-$1,300), Food $400-$500, and Airport Transfers $100. The total in addition to the Adventure cost is $1,600 to 2,600 depending your lodging and food choices and where you’re flying from.

Private Sessions are offered by the facilitators and is not included in the price. Sandra, Bridget, Patrick and Kirk. Click on each name to see sessions.

Extend your stay. Feel free to come early and leave later. There are plenty of things to do and see in Hawaii, so make the most of it and enjoy!

List of what to bring to Hawaii
Bring clothes for the beach, hiking, and layers that you can remove to keep warm and dry.

  • Swimsuit and Coverup
  • Shorts and light Shirts
  • Rain Jacket, warm Jacket, and warm shirt. For rain forests and the top of Haleakala.
  • Sandals or wet shoes for the beach.
  • Hiking shoes for exploring tropical trails.
  • Hat, Sun glasses, Sunscreen (Ocean Eco Friendly)
  • Mask, Snorkel and fins. You don’t need these, but there are a couple of great snorkeling spots we are going to. You can also rent or buy them there on your own free time.
  • Wetsuit Top or long sleeve tee shirt to swim in. You don’t need this, but it keeps you warm and prevents sunburn in the ocean and waterfalls.
  • Backpack or Day bag, and water bottle.
  • Towel. Light and easy to carry, to lay on and dry off after swimming. You may be able to borrow one from your hotel.

Fitness Level. You need to be relatively physically fit and be an average swimmer to participate in the activities for this Adventure. The following is a list of what we are planning to do, so you be the judge and determine if you’ll be able to do it. We drive to the top of the Haleakala volcano, so only walking around the top there. Pretty easy. Getting to the Maui waterfalls isn’t a long hike, maybe a 1/2 mile, but it is rocky and rugged, so you’ll need good coordination and balance. When we go out with the whales we’ll be in 2 man kayaks for 3-4 hours paddling at least half the time, so you’ll need pretty good arm strength. Your partner will be paddling, but you should be able to do your share. You’ll need to be able to swim 2 sections of about 300 feet with rests in between across a small pond to get to the PePe waterfalls. You’ll need to be able to snorkel from the boat when we go swimming with the dolphins and snorkel from the kayaks when we go with the whales. When we go to the Waipi’o Valley the hike down and up is relatively steep for about a mile. You can rest along the way, but you’ll need to be in fair shape for that. So it’s up to you. Only you know what you can do. The group members range from 22 to 58 years old. We’d love to have you with us, but you’ll have to make the final decision. We’ll include you as one of the pod and do all we can to make it work for you if you decide to go.

Maui Meeting Spot

Maui Meeting Spot. Lower Paia Park 19 Hana Hwy, Paia, HI 96779

Maui Details

Paia – Our Homebase in Maui. Our home base in Maui will be the city of Paia, which is about 17 min from the Kahului Airport where you will arrive. It is a quaint small town that has the best organic health food store Mana Foods and good restaurants. You will want to reserve accommodations as near to Paia as possible.
Meeting Spot. Lower Paia Park 19 Hana Hwy, Paia, HI 96779
Maui House and Room Rentals. We’ve found that if you have a group it is very economical to stay in rental houses, that you can find on sites like VRBO.com. For example: This house on VRBO in Paia https://www.vrbo.com/678361# is $2335.44 for 7 nights with 3 bedrooms. That’s $788 for 3 or $394 for 6 people. You can share the cost with other attendees. Click here to see some Maui Houses I’ve bookmarked on VRBO. Airbnb may also be a good option along with AlohaSurfHostel.com in Paia with a Dorm Bed $42 and MauiHostel.com in Kahului with a Dorm Bed $43. We’ve stayed at peaceofmaui.com up the hill from Paia. They have rooms in a shared house from $95. Kuau Inn has rooms for $150.
Maui Hotel Options. Here is a list of Hotels near PaiaCourtyard Maui Kahului Airport $345, Kuau Inn $150, Nalu Kai Lodge $135, Maui Seaside Hotel $139, Maui Beach Hotel $139. These prices may be available if you book well in advance. Prices will likely go up as the arrival date gets closer.
Maui Transportation. You will need to arrange transportation to get around Maui. If you stay in Paia you can get a taxi from the airport and then walk to our meeting place. Another economical way is to group up with other attendees and share a rental car. We will carpool to activities, so not everyone will need to drive. Kayak.com is a good site to compare car rental rates. They had cars for $231 for a week when I checked. We’ll let you know others that are coming so you can share the rental costs.
