Bridget Nielsen

My Title – Gift – Talent

Connective Assimilator ~ Inter-dimensional Bridge ~ Midwife Creator ~ Artistic Ambassador (for Earth & Beyond).

Description of My Gift

I am Bridget, the Patron Saint of Ireland. I embody this archetypal role by assisting and midwifing ideas, beings, realities, concepts and projects through the full life cycle from its point of origin (usually non-physical) all the way through to grounded physicalization in this dimension.

Bridget Nielsen with a flower crownEtheric/Non-Physical: I begin by exploring and pioneering into the unknown– communicating with other worlds, times, higher dimensional beings, plants, land and crystals, receiving new ideas, frequencies and inspiration. It is my passion to reach out my ever-expanding limbs to the celestial ethers and bridge that reality back to Earth through my developed clairvoyant, clairaudient and clairsentient abilities.

Transition: I assist in birthing new structures to create grounded support and application of new frequencies/ideas/projects. I love making sure the foundational bridge is strong enough to support the new collective, enabling others’ valuable puzzle pieces and excitements to be expressed!

Birth: Creativity is my magic wand to alchemise seemingly opposing paradigms such as making money by painting aliens. I have a knack for coalescing new frequencies, people and companies in a fun, imaginative and digestible way.  Utilizing my telempathic and sensitive Indigo abilities, I’m able to help others understand, transition and assimilate new concepts and ways of being or living.  I love making the impractical the new practical ~ creating joy, playfulness, relevance and applicability to higher frequency states of being.

Explorer – Diplomat – Mother – Artist – Magician

My Life Theme: This life’s theme is to “bridge life” between my Earth/human lives (3rd Density) and my fully awakened galactic and inter-dimensional counterparts (4th Density). My life’s theme is to wake up, re-member and live as my multi-dimensional self. I use visual art, creativity, communication (mediumship) and my extra sensitivity to open my blocked human aspects – merging male & female and the dark & light within me as I remember my infinite nature with existence.

A beautiful picture of Bridget Nielsen posing in a circular red rock, Sedona Arizona

The unique way I shift myself (and therefore my world/collective) is by communing with higher frequencies, other lifetimes and bridging that energy and understanding into my physical experience.  One of the ways my theme is expressed is by being the bridge between humanity and the hybrids ~ being a contact ambassador between the two realities.

My Childhood and Teenage Years That Align With My Life Theme

A stunning real pictures of fairies on Mt. Shasta in California

I wholeheartedly knew my gifts, my life theme and my true nature when I was a little girl.  I communed with fairies, planted plants, drew picture of other dimensions and was deeply connected to nature. I was acutely aware of our planet and could feel her pain watching the rainforests being cut down and the rivers being polluted… I really understood that we needed to take care of our planet.

A travel picture of Bridget Nielsen on a camel in Egypt

My favorite channels were National Geographic and the Discovery Channel. I loved the explorers and role-models like Jacques Cousteau and the adventurous Indiana Jones. I was enthralled by seeing new places and faces from around the world. I wanted to be a photographer/journalist and travel the world telling stories from other times, lands and cultures.

Cute picture of Bridget Nielsen as a child.

I loved studying the planets and our solar system. When I was really little, I remember crying tears of joy every night when I prayed looking up to the stars. I felt the infinite reflection of my true nature and the universal home I have with my galactic family…

Experiences and Challenges That Have Expanded My Gift and Me

To be a part of the school system I managed to harness my free spirit, creativity and Indigo curiosity to be programmed out of natural self.  I also grew up in a very restrictive judgmental religious culture. Even though I wasn’t a part of that religion, I took on their beliefs energetically and spent most of my teenage years shedding the ideas of judgment, guilt and martyrdom.  With the immense repression of energy, I catapulted to the other extreme, living in Los Angeles after college.  I got to experience and work through most of society’s extremes: religion, sexuality, money, power, wealth, suppression and expression which was incredibly transformational and intense!

My energies were very blocked from the cultural programming passed down to me so I sought guidance and healing to open myself up.  This led me to recognizing my extra-sensitive gifts and mediumship abilities. It also opened my 2 most closed chakras~ throat and sacral.  They say your greatest weakness is your greatest strength and this was definitely true for me. My artistic creativity (sacral) and communication gifts (throat) exploded once I re-opened my natural energies.Mystical picture of Bridget Nielsen with a crystal wand

In high school my parents were very wealthy. I lived a very opulent life in a French Chateau, taking 5-star trips to Europe and attending a high-end private university. This was such a blessing for me to live and “play out” this energy from my royal incarnations and the conditioned programs of the “American Dream.” When our family lost all of the money in 2009, I was pushed to the other extreme overnight– having no money or place to sleep. It was then, right before college graduation, that I understood that my true inherent value was not based on money. This initiated me to write my book The Secret to Finding Passion in Your Career and my dedication to always follow my passion, even when society said it wouldn’t work. I knew that the most important thing was to see that the true treasure is always within me.

I experienced the energy of being an outcast and on the fringe in my youth. In Los Angeles everyone is celebrated for being different. With the combination of such extreme cultural inputs, I lost all inhibitions of needing to be liked or fit in. This was such a big gift once my heart led me to exploring esoteric wisdom and extraterrestrials. I was free to be public and become a leader of expression in those areas, stepping into my role as an ET ambassador.

Influences From Other Incarnations

I’ve consciously recounted, tapped into and viscerally experienced over 50 of my simultaneous cross-connections in my life.  Connecting with these other times, realities and versions of me is part of my bridging essence and awakening process.

Druid woman with red hair in natureThe dominant human lives I utilize and work with are as a Wiccan nature woman and as a Druid.  In both lives, I developed an incredible connection to nature and other realms.  In my Wiccan life I am a medium helping humans and their passed over loved ones.  In my Druid life I could see through time using seers’ stones.  In both lives I am tuned in with higher realms and intimately connected with nature.  These 2 lives know about me and actively assist me in re-awakening my abilities and my ancient wisdom. Mediumship and art have allowed me to perceive and intuit, and have given me prophetic ability to explore the galactic frontier.

Other lives I connect with are my explorer adventurer lives. My excitement is always pulling me to new places and cultures. I often feel my explorer life on the cool crisp sea – finding new lands and exotic cultures.  I’m also a pioneer in 2 lives, one going West with my family along the Oregon Trail and the other as a mountain man pioneering the Wild West. High school painting by Bridget Nielsen of Degas Ballerinas

Art and creativity are a huge part of my life and I was wildly attracted to Europe in my youth… I have LOTS of lives there. The dominant lives are those as artists. I have major connections with the early Renaissance painter Caravaggio and his use of light as well as the emotional sensitivity of Da Vinci. My other heart sparking connections are as the Impressionist painter Edgar Degas and the painters of the primitivism movement in the late 19th Century. These painters were seeing and visually capturing new frequencies and physicalizing them on Earth – pushing the boundaries of our view of reality and rebirthing old paradigms.  I’m very grateful for these cross-connecting influences and their assistance as guides to me in my art (click to view my art).

My extraterrestrial lives are my guiding light to 4th Density. Through an ET regression I wholeheartedly connected with my Zeus-like Pleiadian counterpart. I remembered making a beautiful agreement with him to always remember his essence so he could guide my way back to the stars in this Earth life.  I utilize my adept emotional body from my Arcturian counterpart and often connect with my Sirian, Shakani and Shalinaya lives. The dominant focus for the rest of this life is focused on Bridging-ETs~ planting the new frequency on Earth assisting the landing of The Hybrid Children.

Mosaic picture of hybrid children, aliens children from abduction program

Where I Am Now

I’m experiencing such fullness in simplicity. I’m honing the art of doing more with less which leads to profound internal and external abundance.  I’m transitioning out of the comforts of anything I’ve known as a 3D human to live more and more as an awakened human – activating the infinite ET aspects within me.  Paradoxically, as I reach for the stars for guidance and frequency, I root deeper into the primal core of Earth… loving Gaia and humanity more and more each day.

Beautiful sunset picture of Sedona, Arizona

I’m beginning to experience myself as a collective and view my personal excitement as the group excitement. I feel myself becoming a collective with those reflections embodied by the incredible community members stepping into their unique roles and puzzle pieces. I’m absolutely passionate about balancing my free expression with a group ~ the benefit of the individual = the benefit of the all = the one is the all, the all are the one.

What Really Excites Me

Personally, I’m really excited about living with more childlike wonder and curiosity.  I’m also drawn to dive in deeper to my expression as a divine female – cultivating a deeper bond with our mother Gaia.  Just as a woman is swept away in ecstatic rapture or a child adventures to a magical world, I’m excited to get lost in the magic of existence and imagination, and the dream is becoming my waking life.  I’m yearning to ride the wave of synchronicity like never before and live who I know I am.  Heart-shaped plant symbolizing Bridget Nielsen's passion

Collectively, I’m stoked about unifying as a group of people coming together to create from the same values and build a foundation for the new 5th dimensional paradigm!! I love purifying every single aspect of our old human paradigm and incorporating that into Harmonious Earth communities – redefining relationships, sexuality, personal identity, value, and love with artistry, vulnerability, appreciation, integrity and reverence.  I’m excited to expand the community to different environments and locations, though right now, watching the process of this new community grow and burrow its heavenly roots is an absolutely magical process.

I’m very excited to shift myself towards more contact with my natural self. I’m in awe of watching that me shift my [version of] Earth to its vibrant and thriving natural expression. I’m pee-my-panties thrilled for when my energy reflects the reality where I reunite with the best version of me– my hybrid kiddies.

Darling & Holistic Eco-Fashion ~ Ash & Rose

Darling & Holistic Eco-Fashion ~ Ash & Rose

By Bridget Nielsen ~ Author, Channel, Eco-Pioneer and Artist.

Many of you have been with me on my journey of giving away ALL of my clothes, that were made with synthetic material.  90% (10% were clothes made of cotton) of my closet went to Good Will or friends, and I replaced them with sustainably made eco-friendly clothing!!  It has been almost 2 years since my clothing rebirth, and I find myself still yearning to be interlaced with these amazing companies.

Girl in red dress in front of cathedral rock vortex in Sedona

Talitha Maxi Dress & Dual Tassel Necklace

The reason I play with specific eco-clothing brands, is not to make money, though I do receive a few items for trade. My primary motivation is to support sustainability.  As a pioneer of creating new systems, I must support others that have put themselves out there and are practicing eco-solutions.

This is a sort of activism for me. Women will be women and continue to buy clothes ~forever~, so why not buy them from companies that are facilitating a greener world. One of my favorite eco-clothing companies, US made with organic natural materials, went under last year. This is a realtime effort that these companies are making, so let’s support them!

So now the question is… where do I start? How do I find these brands, and do I have to dress like a hippy to be eco-friendly? The answer is NO. Like Elon Musk with Tesla Motors, consumer’s demand for quality and design HAS TO be in place for these sustainable companies to make it, while keeping the price affordable.  Challenging standards we place on these pioneers. Today, the eco-fashion brand I am featuring does all of this with beauty and grace. Let’s take a look at what I love about Ash & Rose online boutique.

Logo of Ash & Rose clothing companyDarling Design
2 years ago I scoured Google, finding every eco-clothing company I could, and Ash & Rose always stood out to me.  It was their romantic designs that kept me scrolling down, creating a mental checklist of all the things I wanted and loved!

Sampling their clothes was a treat~ such amazing quality. Thick, rich fabrics… and the cuts are darling! I could feel the integrity. I can get away with saying that because I am a channel 😉 … and it is true!! There IS an energetic difference I feel when wearing eco-fabrics that were ethically made. Seriously, try it.

Ash & Rose brand incorporates fashion and all lifestyles into its expression.  “Pretty and Practical”, as they share on their website, says it all!  Whether the occasion is a night out in the big city, tea with the girls or doing yoga on the red rocks in Sedona (me), their versatile style encompasses whatever you need. Usually I have to buy my yoga clothes here, a dress there and underwear (can not find good eco-underwear) buried in a hidden internet vault. It is a one stop shop, which is refreshing in the eco-world.

They recognize that women are all shapes and sizes. I love how they note the model’s height and size in each of the product descriptions, so you can adjust for your own unique body to the clothes ~ Example: “Lealyn is 5’7″ wearing size small”.  Nea and Mary, mother daughter owners of Ash and Rose, are real people and I can feel that in all that they do.  I can sense it in the types of clothes they choose and the unique flavor their brand exudes.

Girl in blue sweater in SedThis is important to note. I really feel, watching the momentum of eco-clothing in the US, that we are going back to go forward, as a culture, to a time where local seamstresses dressed you with their own, one of a kind style!

The times of mass produced clothing from China, where you can run into someone on your college campus wearing the same Banana Republic shirt, will need end to save our world. The days of personalization, artistry and personality will become the new norm, as we step into our own light as individual contributors to humanity and planet Earth.

I love that Ash & Rose expanded beyond their own [awesome] private label to honor, seeks out, and showcases eco-designers from all around the world. They do a beautiful job of having many designers side by side, not in competition, but as a potpourri of possibilities to adorn yourself!

Holistic Harmony

Free-Range Alpaca Highland Shawl, Braided Alpaca Headband, Soy Cotton Leggings, Stella Top, Catalina Necklace & Alpaca Fingerless Gloves.

Their company is really going for it! The impact sorting feature on their website, reveals all.  Choose your priorities and they are all there!: Sustainable Production, Fair Trade Practices, Charitable, Handmade, Made in USA, Natural Materials, Recycled Materials, Vegan, Woman Made. They take full-spectrum consideration of sustainability in the clothing sector.

When I started diving into what it meant to dress sustainably, I fell down the rabbit hole and have just barely found my way out.  There is so much to consider when transitioning to sustainable dress. You can get caught in a fickle mode that undermines what you are really trying to do~ support the Earth and its people.  Only wanting US made clothes, we forget to support other countries, or don’t allow amazing fabrics like hemp (Organic US-grown hemp is beginning to pop up), bamboo (when produced properly) or alpaca, that takes FAR less water than growing organic cotton, to become stateside industry standards.

I learned to have a nice cross-section of what I care about most in my wardrobe. Try items that are made in the USA and ones that support 2nd or 3rd world countries. Go for a few pieces that used recycled materials, even if they are partially made with synthetic materials or plastic bottles (how awesome by the way?).  It is ultra challenging to make every piece of clothing have every level of sustainability… the place to start is by brands doing their best.  It is about supporting the whole picture. I really appreciate how Ash & Rose does this with such grace.

Price

The price of sustainable clothing, or anything organic for that matter, seems to be a barrier to conversion. Here are two perspectives to help transition your mindset~ pleasure and logic. When I lived in France, I learned a tip from the top fashionistas in Earth. Their trick was taking in the sensuous experience of relishing a few treasured items of clothing, of the highest quality, per year. They used their bodies like a canvas, wearing simple tops and bottoms, and adorned themselves with amazing scarves, bags, hats, or stand out pants! And ohhhh can you do this with Ash & Rose. It took me about a week of going on their website, for extended periods of time, to choose gems to sample. So, Instead of making the mall a weekly buying spree activity, turn it into a savory dessert. Buy a few items every year that you adore, and feel satisfied knowing that they will last 10x longer than Forever 21 garb.

Girl in green alpaca outfit in red rocks

Forever 21 leads me to the eco-economic concept of “The True Cost of a Burger”.  It may seem like a steal of a deal to get a cute new dress for Friday night in the closeout bin for $10, but that deal is an illusion.  Here is where the price of eco-clothing becomes logical. The only way for something to be made that cheaply is in a sweat shop in a 2nd or 3rd world country, using synthetic materials or conventional cotton.  The cost of people’s value that degrades humanity, excessive pesticides and chemicals that damage the environment… how do you put a price on that? Like we have heard a million times, it will be our kid’s who pay for our ignorant unconsciousness.  So let’s do our part, to invest in the true cost of clothing that sustains the planet now and into the future.

~~~
All in all, I have loved going into one of the touchiest subjects for women over the past 2 years. I have ripped up my identity around the subject of beauty and image, and am now just putting it back together.  I adorn myself for the loveliness of the act… for the experience. I have let go of having to look a certain way for cultural reasons or to get a guy.
Dress is an expression of artistry and a celebration of our planet’s gifts, that we get to use as a sacred palette. I appreciate Ash & Rose for their dedication to beauty in a way that cherishes nature, people and women’s wardrobes!
Breasts~ Women’s Sensory, Sensuous and Life-Giving Gift!!
Breasts~ Women’s Sensory, Sensuous and Life-Giving Gift!!
By: Bridget NielsenClick here to connect with me on Facebook.
For about a year now, I have been exploring BREASTS. What they mean, how to experience them and how our culture uses them. Very quickly in my research I found a direct correlation between bras and breast cancer, though I know there is much more to our collective story than that. I wrote an article last summer (more mainstream and scientific) for Huffington Post (below), the first one they kindly declined. 😉 After a year of shedding society’s stigmas and liberating myself, I have settled into a gentle communication with my bra-less breasts. The wisdom and love held in our breasts is deeply profound. Here are my insights…
Breasts are receivers and givers of energy and information, making them very receptive and vulnerable amplifiers of a woman’s experience of this world. Breasts, in their activated state, are gateways to the heart and divine creation… from this 5th dimensional perspective they don’t have anything to do with mainstream social programming and old sexual energy. Breasts are vulnerable conduits to the divine that gift the recipient with energy from the infinite, by reflecting ones connection to All That Is.
It is obvious why women unconsciously  put up huge walls and padded barriers to protect these powerful and sacred vessels. In the present world we choose  to live in, frankly, I too want to be shield myself from the electronic and energetic energy running ramped. After moving into nature, I have created a circumstance that supports and feeds me! ! I want to feel and sense everything in nature and the glowing vibrant energy all around!  Another reason for the barrier is due to the remaining vestiges of the “conqueror energy” present that we are co-creating with men– fear (even if it’s subconscious) of being raped and taken (physically and energetically), which leads to the stalemate bargain of being bought or “taken care of” to allow permission for males to partake.
Our free flowing sacred heart energy is aching to radiate. Hiding this bursting soul energy becomes the festering manifestation of breast cancer. The expression of our feminine love and radiance wants to be fluid, given and received for the pure light that it is…. 🙂
Which comes first ~ the chicken or the egg? The outside world or the inside? The male or the female? I feel that the world would benefit by having women freely and vulnerably give this living energy to all… ~ men, children, women, ourselves, planets, animals and the earth.
This knowing trust in our own loving expression will reflect a world of more peace, where males can safely hold women in the high loving reverence… being with us and touching us with complete care and respect. What you put out is what you get back. If any negative experiences do come up, that is a message telling us we’re not in energetically alignment with our natural selves. If we are approached by any war/rape/needy energy, we know we’re fully empowered to put up boundaries and not participate with that frequency, while sending it love from safe distance.Drawing of woman's breasts
We can not exist as a humanity without men, the masculine…. the other half of ourselves. It is up to us to teach them how to be in communion with the feminine. To show them to leave nectar in the succulent blooming rose because there will always be more when you support the feminine’s pollination of more life and love.  It is also up to the feminine to rekindle and re-sprout our connection with a nature and create a natural environment which supports love.
As a woman, the reflection I look to for PURE, abundant feminine nurture is our mother…. mother earth. She gives and gives and yes, when things are out of balance, she erupts with thunder… knowing her boundary.  It is time that women give back to ourselves by experiencing ALL of ourselves, feeling life through the breasts.
Article From Last Year:
Breasts are meant to be free! I had no idea that wearing certain kinds of bras, or a bra at all, could make the difference to my health and even prevent cancer. 1.5 billion dollars is spent every year on breast cancer research and 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with cancer in an average lifetime, according to METAvivor Research and Support, Inc.  We know that alternative solutions may not be the top of their agenda, so here are some holistic research tips and solutions I found to proactively create a healthy relationship with your breasts.
woman gently holding her breastsMy recent passion has been converting my whole wardrobe to natural, eco-friendly clothing — which is next week’s topic. I thought back to what started this extreme new passion and my breasts sparked it!  I did a 5 day water fast about a month ago and noticed that the left side of my breast on the left side was achy. I hadn’t developed a relationship with my breasts and had little knowledge about them up until now.
With a little bit of research, I realized the ache was a buildup of toxins in my breast tissue that my lymphatic system was cleansing during my fast.  So what caused the blockage?  The European Journal of Cancer found that “Premenopausal women who do not wear bras have half the risk of breast cancer compared to bra users.”  According to John Hopkins Breast Center, “As many of 80% of women are wearing a bra that is the wrong size for them,” not allowing natural rhythm of movement and blood flow to release toxins. In traditional Chinese medicine the breasts are respected as major energy centers on the body with 6 meridians running through them. I understood that over time wearing my fixed fitted bras, and not letting that energy release (physically and energetically), was creating a toxic buildup — and I’m only 26.  Over time a buildup of toxins can turn into lumps and in the long term could even lead to cancer.
One of the intuitive things I felt while wearing a wire bra, which I haven’t heard anyone talk about, is how the wire is an incredible antenna and conductor for radiation. After watching the documentary “Resonance”, about how electromagnetic radiation is dramatically affecting us and our world, it made me think about how bras are amplifying the situation for women. Consider all of the active Wi-fi networks, pulsing cell towers and buzzing cell phones that are around you on any given day. A lot of that energy is being attracted straight to the “antenna-like” underwire in the bra next to the breasts, a very sensitive and receptive part of the body.Breast awareness with drawing of breasts
Breasts are mainly comprised of fat cells that act like storage facilities for toxins, hormones, radiation and chemicals.  The great book on this subject called Killer Clothes helped me with my understanding of the topic. With the rampant use of synthetic fibers in our modern society, such as nylon, rayon and acrylic, coupled with chemicals used in the treatment and dying processes of fabrics, our incredibly receptive skin — the largest organ in our body — is taking in large amounts of these chemicals and the breasts are storing them.  These materials don’t allow the skin to breathe as easily, which increases the temperatures in the breasts without allowing them to perspire (detox and release). There are many organic natural fabrics being used to make bras and underwear, such as bamboo, hemp, organic cotton and silk, which are great solutions for both breathability and having only organic materials against your skin.
Your Healthy Breast Checklist:
    1. Buy New Bra AND Underwear:  I can’t say that the healthy bras on the market are Victoria Secret runway material… I put on one of my new bras and thought I just stepped out of Little House on the Prairie.  When going in this holistic direction I created a new belief that my health is attractive… that it is #1!  My favorite website with a variety of brands creating cute natural bras, made with yummy breathable material (without wires), is FaeriesDance.com.  I want to add that this breathable material concept goes for underwear too!  To address any attraction challenges, my solution is keeping some hot lingerie (even with wires or synthetic material) options around for special rendezvous occasions.
      breast massage and detox salve
      To nurture and detox the breasts, check out my awesome organic breast massage salve!
    2. Massage:  Get intimate with your breasts at least a few times per week. The “Lymphatic Drainage Massage” LDM pioneered by Estrid and Emil Vodder in the 1930s is the best way to release toxins and assist lymphatic flow in the breasts.  To do this slowly massage your breasts in alternating clockwise and counter-clockwise directions for 3-5 minutes.
    3. Be Free!  The ideal scenario would be to wear a bra as little as possible based on what I’ve shared above. Also, studies have shown going braless actually strengthens the ligaments in breasts leading to a naturally perkier bust.
    4. Move: Exercise increases blood flow and circulation and releases lots of toxins through perspiration… don’t be afraid to sweat!  Yoga is a great form of exercise to oxygenate the blood, balance your energy systems and get fit! Don’t be scared of a little movement with the breasts as you exercise or jog. The movement helps the lymphatic system and strengthens the ligaments in your breasts so they don’t sag in the long term.
    5. Eat Well: We all know how important a healthy, non-GMO organic diet is.  What goes into the body is just as important as the exterior environment. Eating a balanced alkaline diet with lots of raw foods, greens and antioxidants without hormones and pesticides will eliminate toxins before they ever come in.
    6. Detox: You don’t have to do a 5 day water fast like me, but fasting is a great way to release a buildup of acidity in the body. Juicing is a gentle way to make sure your system is flowing, but to really clean out the gunk, a food-less fast allows the digestive system to take a break so your body can fully focus on detoxing.  Research the healthy options that feel best for you and be sure to drink lots of water!
Chakra & Vortex Points of the Earth (World Sacred Sites)
Chakra points and vortexes/vortices reflect the full spectrum of possibilities for humans to align and expand. They represent the collective, “higher self” frequencies of your microcosmic body and energetic field. You will be attracted to certain locations to pick up and merge with the specific vibrations presently needed for your growth and evolution.  The frequencies of these locations live within you, even if you are on the other side of the planet! Tune into them, meditate with them, study them and gaze at picture of these places and you can connect.  If you are feeling incredibly called to physically visit, all the better, GO!!!
Earth’s Major Chakra Points:
Earth chakra points are where energy spirals and flows down like a faucet. The general essence of the Earth’s chakra points are to magnify the energy correlated to the body’s chakras. When you immerse yourself in these energy fields you will find that your own physical electromagnetic field will become aligned with the frequency of the chakra point you are in.
Map of Earth's chakra points and vorticies
Map of Earth’s Major Chakras and Vortexes
Chakra points pour, radiate and give off energy by tapping into a variety of dimensional planes. They balance and regulate the electromagnetheric field of Earth to stabilize our planet’s energy. They connect with Earth’s vortices, working together as an energetic, crystalline grid around our planet. Chakra points are often Volcanoes or other Earth active areas, due to the rich crystal deposits, electromagnetic volcanic material and increased ormus from Inner Earth.
Everyone will have their own experiences, and receive particular frequencies and downloads designed for you. These places will bubble up any energies or beliefs that are out of alignment with your natural self so that you can integrate them and become more of your true essence. You may have the most positive and connective experience of your life or the most painful. As the locals say in Sedona, whatever energy you bring to the vortex (or chakra point) will be magnified.  Chakra points are more lucid and dreaming whereas vortices are clarifying amplifiers. All of Earth’s chakra points and vortices are connected in an energy grid around the planet. When you are at one energy point you will likely feel other energy points through the wormhole-like dimensional gates, such as feeling Mt. Fuji in Mt. Shasta. The following descriptions are brief energetic overviews of the Earth’s chakra points that I have lived and visited, and the general energies I researched and downloaded.
Sunset on Mt Shasta, California the Crown Chakra of Earth
Crown Chakra ~ Mt Shasta, California
Crown Chakra ~ Mt Shasta, California*:
Mount Shasta is the locational access point to “All That Is” and connection with your higher self. It is a place where you are bathed in knowingness and powerfully nurtured by divine support. The “I AM” presence.  It delivers the realization and frequency of oneness and your connection to everything.
Many know Mt. Shasta as the root chakra. It is a very grounded place being atop the volcano. One of the reasons for this labeling could be the 8th chakra energy that streams through here.  The 8th chakra is where the root and crown chakra meet, the place of heaven and Earth.
It is often associated with the “The Violet Flame” or Saint Germain, the purifying violet energy which transmutes denser energies and reignites the flame of your divine purpose. The symbol and energy are also represented in Shasta’s energy of being the meeting place of the high council, the place where humans step into their roles as ascended masters and physicalize Christ Consciousness on Earth.  Mount Shasta is in the geographic region that was once, and always is because everything is now, “ancient” Lemuria.  It is a dimensional gate to the Lemurian civilization, reminding us of how we can live in harmony on Earth.
Mount Shasta co-creates an energetic Vesica Pisces with the Sedona Vortex. Together, they are connected by a line of energy and their radiating electromagnetic fields combine, immersing the geographic locations between them in a resonance of 33 cycles per second. *Lived
Stunning view of Mount Kailas the Third-Eye Chakra of Earth
Third-Eye Chakra ~ Mount Kailas, Himalayan Mountains
Third-Eye Chakra ~ Mount Kailas, Himalayan Mountains:
Mt. Kailas opens visitors’ spiritual eyes to see their true mystical nature. It is a pilgrimage site for at least 4 religions; Hindus, Buddhists, Jains and Tibetans who perambulate clockwise around the mountain spiraling the direction of the chakra’s energy.  Buddhists call it ‘the precious jewel snow peak’ and its inner radiance and dreamy nature allow insight, contemplation and the ability to gaze into other dimensions.
Beautiful view of Glastonbury England the Throat Chakra of Earth
Throat Chakra~ Glastonbury, England
Throat Chakra~ Glastonbury, England*:
Glastonbury will eventually be the “Communication Headquarters” for Europe in the new 5th dimensional network of communities.  It currently acts as a world communication outlet expressed through the crop circles, just over an hour away in Wiltshire. The crop circles act as humanity’s collective communication symbols as they receive messages from other extraterrestrial intelligences and dimensions.
Glastonbury is the location of the legendary Avalon of mystical Merlin and the story of King Arthur.  It was also the territory of the Druid peoples, thus connecting us with our inner magic, alchemy and connection to nature. *Visited the region
Beautiful view of Haleakalā on Maui, Hawaii the Heart Chakra of Earth
Heart Chakra~ Maui, Hawaii
Heart Chakra~ Maui, Hawaii*:
The Haleakalā volcano on Maui matches the Schumann Resonance at 7.8 cycles per second, the same resonance of our hearts and the natural state of Earth. Maui’s energy is incredibly feminine and abundant. There is a heavenly comfort radiating from the heart chakra and a visceral experience of being taken care of.  The whole of the Hawaiian Islands radiant the frequency of the heart and each have distinct energies that represent the separate chakras. The Big Island, for instance, is incredibly rooted bridget leading tour in hawaiiwith the deep active volcano energy from Pelé.  Some associate Maui with the sacral chakra within the microcosmic chakra system of the islands.
Like Mt. Shasta, the Hawaiian Islands are the geographic location of ancient Lemuria.  The Lemurian 5th dimensional energy is linked with the heart’s frequency enabling Lemurian love and “memories” to flow forth when you are there. *Lived
Beautiful view of Mt. Fuji in Japan, the Solar Plexus chakra of Earth
Solar Plexus~ Mt. Fuji, Japan
Solar Plexus~ Mt. Fuji, Japan:
The greatest power requires the lightest touch.  This is the place that represents a very different reflection of power than we haven’t been used to on Earth. The energy it exudes is the true empowerment of your infinite nature. The Eastern Zen energy of simplicity and meditative insight radiates at Mt. Fuji.
Beautiful view of Lake Titicaca in Peru, the solar plexus of Earth
Sacral Chakra~ Lake Titicaca, Peru
Sacral Chakra~ Lake Titicaca, Peru:
Lake Titicaca radiates the essence of the mother archetype, the abundant “momma”.  All power points have both masculine and feminine energies, and Titicaca is dominantly feminine. Being the sacral chakra, it is the energy of the womb of your inner creator. New ideas, creativity and a balance of sexual energy spring forth here. With the ancient city of Tiwanaku on the lake, this has been a sacred gateway for millennia. Tiwanaku RuinsTo explore more about Lake Titicaca’s energy I recommend James Tyberonn’s findings.
Tiahuanaco (Tiwanaku) is an ancient sacred site twelve miles from the coast of the sacred Lake of Titicaca in Bolivia. It is to South America what the Avebury stone ring is to England or the Great Pyramid is to Egypt. It is also part of the Chakra energy.
Beautiful view of Ayres Rock in Australia, Earth's Root Chakra
Root Chakra~ Uluru, Australia
Root Chakra ~ Uluru/Ayers Rock, Australia: Ulura/Ayers Rock is believed by the native Aboriginals to be the beginning place where their ancestors were born into this realm… where life began. It emanates the root of where we come from as humans, and our connection to all humanity and beyond. Out of the void, in the middle of the vast Australian desert, emerges the huge electro-magnetic rock where life originated.
Earth’s Major Vortices:
Earth’s vortexes or vortices are points where energy spirals and flows up and out.  The general essence of vortices is that of intensity. Whatever energy you bring when you visit these places will be amplified. They are crystalline dimensional gates that are vibrationally tuned to a multitude of realities. Vortices allow you to become any frequency along the full spectrum of harmonic light. Vortices link you to the stage of energy that most aligns with your present state of being. They connect with Earth’s chakra points, working together as an energetic grid around the planet.
Beautiful view of Sedona, Arizona. Major Earth Vortex
Sedona, AZ
Sedona* is the highest frequency location in the Western Hemisphere, according to Bashar.  It is one of the strongest gateways and doorways of interdimensional connection that assists in balancing the energy grid of the entire planet.  It is the 33rd Bridget leading retreat in Sedona vortexparallel vibrating at thirty-three cycles per second.  As it runs into other chakra points and vortices, creating new crests and troughs, the vibration diminishes to ten cycles per second. Beautiful view of the Great Pyramids in Cairo Egypt. A major Earth vortex
Cairo, Egypt
Cairo, Egypt* has an incredible history enabling humanity to see the full spectrum of what is possible to be expressed in a vortex. It is a place of captivity and war in the Bible, and a place of incredible technology, at times with extraterrestrial assistance.  Its polarity of intensity swings back and forth from the godly power of the Pharaohs to the aligning of Earth’s energy grid to spread consciousness to the people. Egypt has an incredible power to exaggerate whatever the dominant energy is, revealing truth or control. *Visited
Map of Major Earth Vortex, the Bermuda Triangle
Yucatan Peninsula_ The Bermuda Triangle
The Bermuda Triangle* is the major shifting vortex on our entire planet. It is a major gateway and acts as a fluctuating chakra and vortex simultaneously.  It is intimately connected and overlaps with the Vesica Pisces created by Mt. Shasta and Sedona, intertwining many dimensions of reality. Because it is a doorway to different Swim with bridget in bimini with dolphinsdimensions, civilizations and various vibrational states, often times individuals, ships or aircraft have gone missing from Earth into other dimensions.
The island of Bimini is a powerful minor vortex, within the Bermuda Triable, and a intersection point of many ley lines. Harmonious Earth Communities
Sacred geometry representing the New Earth Communities of a Harmonious Earth
Endre Balogh – Sacred Geometry #4
Harmonious Earth is a network of communities that live in a newly awakened, harmonious and joyous way. The variety of locations will also provide diversity, growth, integration, and enjoyment as people synchronistically shift between different locations to share their gifts with others. The communities are located near Earth’s high vibrational chakras, vortices and sacred sites. Placing them in these strategic locations takes advantage of the Earth’s natural grid of energetic flow and magnification to amplify and pulse out the energy of the communities to the surrounding areas. Locations for First Extraterrestrial Contact:
Extraterrestrial making first contact in Sedona, ArizonaThe first locations where we will meet our star families are in the sacred sites around the planet, the vortices and chakra points discussed above. First contact will be specifically focused on the Southwest of the United States, including Arizona, (Moab) Utah, New Mexico and Colorado.
The dimensional gate of Sedona will act as the location of first contact. It is the location where information will be downloaded about new technologies, a new economy,  living 5th dimensionally, and merging realities with our star families.  It is the “[Hybrid] Parent Headquarters,” as coined by Bashar, and will act as the organizational hub to receive and disperse downloaded information throughout the network of communities located in the sacred sites of the planet.  Harmonious Earth is assisting, along with other eco villages, to set up this network as a world within the “old” world — the crumbling 3rd dimensional structure.  When the old network collapses the new network will take its place. Sedona is where we are practicing and receiving the template to live as awakened beings, acting as a collective, to thus meet our hybrid childrenBeautiful view of Sedona sunset, major Earth vortex
Message from Bashar and the ETs about Sedona: “And, thus then, in assisting and aiding all of you in your collective consciousness in doing so, it (Sedona) is a place, now that things have changed sufficiently in your collective consciousness, that has the highest degree of, shall we say, leverage to be able to effect changes in frequency in that energy with the least amount of effort – one of the places on your planet. You all already know that it is a very strong gateway and energy vortex that taps into a multitude of dimensions. Therefore, it is, in that sense, like we have just described in the brain, a neutral zone that allows us better handling, better facilitation of the energy of a multitude of dimensions in one spot.  It’s like having your hand squarely on the main control switch…to regulate the energy in a very easy way.  Whereas, if we were off center from that, we would have to contend with a multitude of frequencies, a multitude of vibrations that were not correlated, that were not harmonized. But by dealing with the vortex, the center itself, then they are all within that neutral zone at the very center, all harmonized and easy to process, easy to transform from one to another, easy to redefine. Make sense? Easy to recalibrate.”
The Yucatan Peninsula, The Giza Plateau, Tijuanaco and Glastonbury, England will also be some of the first contact points on our planet.
Healthy Eco Friendly Clothing Tips
Healthy Eco Friendly Clothing Tips
4 Steps to Creating a Healthy Eco-Friendly Wardrobe
By Eco-Pioneer, Artist and Intuitive: Bridget Nielsen
“ALL of my clothes must go!” I shouted from my heart, as I flung clothes like acrobats through the air.  For most people, their loads of clothes are tucked away in the closet. For me, my clothes were staring me straight in the face every time I packed up my life in my little white car. It has been 7 months since I hit the road on my path to creating new paradigm communities through Harmonious Earth. I’d given away a lot of my clothes after making the decision to leave Los Angeles, but after several months it didn’t make sense to keep my Fendi heels to wear in a rugged Maui jungle. I had been a classic female adorer of clothes all my life, but my relationship with the world has changed and the way I viewed clothes has naturally transitioned with it.
Nicely arranged Clothing hangers in a closetMany of us are becoming more aware and conscious of ourselves and the world around us.  For me, once I discover one eco-solution or holistic way of doing something, it always leads to the next thing to unravel in my life… it’s like an unending rabbit hole of change!!  We can see people shifting to local, organic non-GMO produce, recycling, getting solar panels and even affordable electric cars are now on the market!  One of the segments that’s rarely talked about, in terms of sustainability and health, is clothing!!  Health and clothing go together? Well, after I dove in and learned, you’ll be shocked about how the two are intertwined!
1. Know What You’re Wearing
Most of us, if you were drawn to read this blog, are aware or fickle about pesticides in your food or the chemicals from plastic water bottles leaching — affecting the hormones in our bodies. Now imagine a highly absorbent part of our bodies taking in chemicals… the biggest organ in the body — the skin!!
With the introduction and shift of synthetic fibers replacing natural ones beginning in the early and mid-20th century such as rayon, nylon, acrylic, polyester and spandex, our health has gone with it. According to Brian R. Clement, author of Killer Clothes,  “Human-made petrochemical fibers (from fossil fuels) restrict and suffocate the skin, our largest and most sensitive body organ, making it unable to breath properly so it can release toxins…. and it’s estimated that we release a pound of toxins through our skin every day.” Some synthetic fibers are even banned by US troops due to the high levels of flammability in clothes we have in our closet!
Yellow shirt with a danger tag representing synthetic clothingThe highly toxic chemical formaldehyde (linked to cancer and leukemia) and dyes used in processing and created fabrics are handled as a toxic waste.  China, which makes up three-fourths of the clothing sold in the US per year, permits generous levels of formaldehyde in the production of their clothes and the United States uses “voluntary” standards.  Even small exposure to these chemicals over time can produce adverse effects such as headaches, asthma, lung damage, infertility and even cancer. Conventionally Grown Cotton consumes 50% of the pesticides sprayed in the entire world.  In addition to the growing, harvesting, cleaning and manufacturing of conventional cotton uses a variety of toxic chemicals and oils to prepare it for spinning.  We expose our skin and bodies to these chemicals, wearing them every day.
In short, the mainstream clothes being made are not healthy and in some cases, aren’t even safe for us to be wearing.  After researching this information, I went through the clothes I had left and 90% of them didn’t even come close to making the “health” cut.  Again, what I’m sharing here is a holistic approach that we can transition to in our own timing — from our food to our lifestyles to our clothes. There are a lot more details on the subject and I’ve linked to some great resources at the bottom of this post if you’d like to take a deeper look.
2. Gather the Solutions
There are many organic natural fibers out there today including flax, wool, silk, angora, cashmere, etc. I’m going to focus on the most sustainable, affordable, stylish, plant-based fabrics that are readily available solutions for mainstream buyers. The areas to consider when understanding the sustainability and health of a fabric is how the raw material is grown and how it is manufactured/processed.
Bright picture of green bamboo treesBamboo is the fastest growing grass on earth, and doesn’t require replanting after harvest or pesticides to grow. Bamboo fabric is known for being uber soft and keeps you 3 degrees cooler than cotton!  It’s 100% biodegradable, incredibly breathable and anti-bacterial/anti-fungal which makes it more odor resistant and has many other positive qualities. It’s one of the most sustainable plants on the planet, though some manufacturers use chemicals to process it. There are eco-friendly ways of producing it so when looking for bamboo clothes made outside of the US, be sure to look for Oeko-Tex or similar organic/sustainable certifications.
Beautiful picture of a hemp plantHemp is one of the most ecologically friendly fabrics on Earth! It’s extremely durable, long lasting, insulative, breathable, biodegradable and very absorbent. Hemp is low in lignin, needing few chemicals for processing and making it more absorbent to dyes. Unfortunately the cultivation of hemp is illegal in the US (it just became legalized to grow in Colorado this week!), but hemp products and clothing are legal to buy and are primarily from China, which has naturally cultivated the plant for thousands of years.
Organic Cotton is a versatile fiber that is breathable, durable and highly absorbent which is why it’s so extensively used around the world! Organically grown and manufactured cotton is an unconventional “art-form” of sorts with only approximately 10,000 acres in the US dedicated to organic cotton. This fabric is a healthy, feel good solution.
Recycle:  In my research, discovering over 40 sustainable brands, I found a common trend in using recycled synthetic materials mixed with the organic fibers. The creativity of using no-bleach recycled plastic and recycled rayon, denim and other fabrics is very impressive. At first I was turned off, based on my new abandonment from the chemical production I talked about above, but after a few weeks of consideration, I’m supportive of their efforts to use what we already have especially when properly mixed with organic fibers. The production of new clothes takes a lot of energy and resources so recycling old materials and re-using clothes by thrifting or trading amongst friends is highly sustainable.
3. Explore Your New Brands!
The bad ass thing about the eco-clothing on the market is that most of the brands are really well designed, fashionable, affordable and super comfortable!  They’re ahead of their time trailblazing this new eco-frontier.  I’m so appreciative that they’ve paved the way for us and I’m honored to support them! Over the past few weeks I’ve given away my wardrobe and rebuilt an entirely new toxin-free sustainable collection only using 5 brands and 3 fabrics (bamboo, hemp and organic cotton). It’s quite amazing!  There are many brands out there so feel free to explore.  Of all the brands I researched, these were my favorites:
ORGANIC BAMBOO: GGO Organics uses organic bamboo milled and created in Los Angeles USA. They source their material from a free-trade group in Vietnam and use Oeko-Tex certified eco-dyes and processing.  They have a great variety from super stylish clothes to super cute exercise get-ups (in men’s and women’s)! Their fabrics are super comfortable (hello bamboo) and very high quality.  I’ve been living in their clothes for the past week or so, and I genuinely feel more naturally alive being in it, especially in the Arizona dessert!
Beautiful Picture of Bridget Nielsen in organic clothing
Cariloha Bamboo uses organic bamboo and has Global Organic Textile Standards to produce their eco-clothes made in India.  The unique find about this brand are their clothing products and home goods including:  towels, blankets, robes and bamboo sheets!  I also really love the style of their fitness gear and their super cozy bamboo socks for the winter!
Beautiful assortment of Bridget Nielsen in Cariloha Bamboo products
HEMP: Hempest uses organic hemp manufactured in China (since growing is illegal in the USA). They’re very conscious and transparent about the positive working environment in their factories there (they even have a video of it)!  I love the diversity and practicality of their brand~ I’m especially impressed with their products that are usually more challenging to find: hemp shoes/hiking boots, winter coats, sweaters and everything else you need for a year-round wardrobe.
ORGANIC COTTON: Groceries Apparel uses primarily organic cotton, hemp, and recycled fabrics manufactured in Los Angeles and sourced locally (super local company)!  Their city-casual style makes for unique and everyday pieces.  I especially like their refined soft fabrics!
Two other organic cotton companies that I really like are Hyde Yoga and bgreen apparel, both of which are made in the USA!
4. Establish Who You Are!
In making the overall commitment in my life to live holistically and healthy, it changed everything including my closet!  Once I made the decision and acknowledged the amount of clothes I truthfully needed, a formula was necessary to choose what to give away and what to buy next? I needed to become consciously aware of how I was making decisions and what my lifestyle was so I could set criteria for my wardrobe.  Was I wearing something to be attractive? Majority of the time yes, that was the #1 priority.  Did I consider the chemicals it was made with or
A sweet girl holding a sprouting plantthe sustainability of the fabric, that wasn’t even a concept I was aware of to consider… hence this blog!  So here was my formula:
Values: Without set values (priorities) of what you live by, most decisions are made unconsciously, motivated by culturally programmed beliefs so by bringing awareness to my values I can be in alignment with my natural self, rather than wearing clothes from masqueraded ego/material wants.  These are the top values I live by (to the best of my ability): #1. Health #2. Sustainability (holistic for the good of the collective and of mother Earth) #3. Doing More with Less.
Lifestyle:
One of the big things I realized lugging my closet around is that most of what I had in my closet I never used– I needed about 1/5th of the clothes (and shoes) I had, especially for my new on-the-go natural lifestyle.  In rebuilding my wardrobe, I would need enough for about a 10 days rotation… My journeys take me from hot Maui to mountain winters so I needed year-round clothes.  I got 2 sets of casual, exercise and social clothes, ranging from light to dark neutral colors for variety. “If you can learn to do more with less, you’ll do less and get more.” ~ Bashar
Bridget Nielsen in the red rocks of the Sedona vortex at Catherdral Rock
Here are my lifestyle percentages (of course everyone’s will be different):
50%. Casual Creating~ Working at home and painting.
30%. Nature Time~ Yoga and hiking.
20% Socializing~ Gathering with friends and community dinners.
In the end if I was passionate about being in harmony with myself and the world, I knew I had to live it!  I went big because I’m a frontiersman and because I was ready to make the transition.  You may ask, “Where do you draw the line?” The answer is, wherever you need to… it’s simple. If we shift and live in more alignment, changing one thing at a time, we’re making positive progress towards a harmonious earth!
